Volvo Repair: my car, awnser, oil service

Thank you for your awnser but i am going to Margate to purchase a new S-80. I feel like this car is falling apart since the oil service.  will only return to Weston for the bulb the ordered. I did talk to the service director Bill and refunded me for the oil flush and said they would do the required repairs for the oil warning for free but I dont trust him or you working on my car. I did mention this site and he said he would look into it. Sorry but you must understand the frustration this whole ordeal has caused me. I also have to talk to another guy Tim and he said he will help me on the price of the new car, even at another dealer. You are a good guy for being honest but I wouldnt ever let you near another one of my cars.

Well I'm sorry you feel that way.  I assure you that I treat everyones car as if it were my own.  I do understand the whole frustration you have too.  I see it everyday here.  I give my professional opinions on what to do with each repair and whether or not all suggestions or taken or all information is provided to the customer is beyond my control.  I only do the repairs, and all the repairs on your car were done to proper specifications.  You should be thankful that I was the one to work on your car.  There are others that would not have been so diligent.
