Volvo Repair: 2002 Volvo V70 stall 51k miles, volvo v70, steering wheel

Hey there, my wagon, a 2002 Volvo V70 with 51,000 miles has started to stall. First time was about 2 weeks ago...I was stopped at a little bit of an incline (small hill) and it died...steering wheel locked up, etc....started right back up. This morning I'm driving thru the neighborhood going about 20-25 and it stalls while I'm driving and started right back up. Any ideas? Could this have anything to do with the throttle problem that I've read about? Thanks so much for your expertise.

The throttle issue only applies to cars from 1999-2001.  This problem is too vague for me to be of any real help, I'll need some techincal info (DTC's, freeze frame data, etc.) to have a better idea of what is causing it.  There are simply too many possible causes.
