Volvo Repair: V70 door cards, interior panel, boot lid

Question
Yes it is the interior panel which the mechanic calls a 'card'.  The car is a 6 year old V70  2.4cc

Question -
I recently removed the card from the door to fix the mirror.  I can't get the 'card' to stay in place.  The dealer tells me that the clips are damaged.  There is a simmilar problem with the boot lid.

Brian, what the heck are you talking about?  Not sure about your question.  Are you talking about the door panel?  Can you be more specific?  Thanks.  Roger

Brian, Okay, now we are getting somewhere.  The dealer wants to sell you a new panel instead of reglueing the clips back on to your panel.  They should black and will pop out of the door with a screwdriver or panel removing tool.  Hope this helped.  Roger
