I only have the one key on the key ring and the problem is with both of my Volvo car keys.

I have a Volvo S60, which is having intermittent problems with an 'Immobilzer' warning. The car doesn't start, despite radio and lights working, but if left for 30-60mins, seems to spring back into life. I had this problem 3 years ago and Volvo said it was a known problem, but now the problem is back. Is there a fix for this difficulty?

WE DONT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IMMOBLIZER FALING .SOMETIME THE KEY CANT BE READ BY MODULE AND MODULE GOES BAD DO YOU HAVE NAY FOULT CODE MOST THE TIME IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM  CAR HAS SELF DIAGNOSTIC TO TELL YOU WHAT PARTS HAVE PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO BE DIAGNOSED ,BUT FIRST HOW MAY KEYS DO YOU HAVE ON KEY CHAIN WHEN YOU START CAR ?IS THE PROBLEM ONLY WITH ONE KEY OR ALL OTHER KEYS ALSO ?

if you have problem all the time first step is to check if you have any foult codes and check wiring if no problem found there than .first replace antena ring this the part what reads the key  if you still have problem  than replace  immoblizer
module it comes with new keys   .hope this helps little bit to you
