Question -
hello, I have a 95 850 turbo wagon. I have been slowly tuning her and have increased hp and torque....but I sheared 2 of the 3 bolts that hold on the tranny mount (from tranny to subframe) tried to extract but to no avail. Any idead or could I (I know this is is crazy but in desprate) weld it to the tranny body? I know bad idea im used to older cars but it's a thought...Id like to get the bolts out and do it right. please help I miss my volvo...Also I have an extra tranny that in the past kicked up a variety of warning lights and then I replaced with the one with the sheared bolts it wasnt doing anything else but the warning lights prompted me to replace.
Answer -
Demetrus, Im trying to picture what bolts you are talking about.  Are you talking about that black piece to the rear motor mount? I take these apart all day long and Im trying to figure out what you have done.  Roger

Answer
Demetrus.  The only was to do this and Im assuming you did was to try drill through the center and use a bolt extractor. heating it up once you get the tool in there should help.  I would not weld it.  If you cant do this or have the tools to do it, I suggest a volvo shop or a trans shop.  Sorry not to be of help but unfortunately its a time consuming thing and will come out with the proper equipment.  Roger
