Volvo Repair: electrical, volt source, signal relay

86 740 gle wagon. Turn signal relay is intermittent, but if I reach in and hold it, will work.  also, central lock will UN lock, but not lock the doors.
the only thing I don't do is alignments, but I'm stuck on this.  Thanks,

Hi Ron,
       Sounds like a failed connection at relay...replace relay with another relay...using same numbers on bottom of relay....check alt. volt output...weak volt source unable to unlock locks?
            Once you get the relay assemblies out of that hidden local...you can look with more certainty..
