Volvo Repair: 1994 Volvo 850 turbo Electrical, cigar lighter, volvo service

Question
I have an electrical problem somewhere - the radio, heater/air conditioning, cigar lighter, and stop lamps all quit working.  I have checked all of the fuses under the hood and they are good.  However, there in no voltage to three fuses.  I have examined most of the wires under the dash and I see no problems.  I am guessing there is a bad relay?  Any help would be appreciated.

    A failed relay is a strong possibility...
 You may be able to swap relays for testing.
   As long as relays are same.
    Make sure that ALL fuses are good and clean.Look at ground wiring...
    Visit your fav.Volvo service and have them tell you what failed...and fix it your self...Volvo parts are a good deal on the internet...solving electrical can be very frustrating...or rewarding too...saving yourself hundreds.
