Volvo Repair: door panel removal, rear doors, screws

How do I remove the door panel on my 97 850 T5?  The driver's front window will not go back up so I was thinking about swaping the motor with one from the rear doors to see if the problem is the motor or the switch.

more than likely it is the switch.at the bottom of the panel under it are 4 or 5 torx 20 screws remove them.remove the black handle it just pulls up.pull the leather padded insert in the center of the panel above the handle areathen remove the torx 30 screws behind this panle.remove the speaker cover just pulls off then remove the bottom left or right screw one is longer than the other and holds the panel on.then the panel should lift up and outward.
