Volvo Repair: start delay, vacuum hose, computer analysis

Question
Hello,

I just bought a 2001 V40 that I appreciate a lot, except for the fact that it takes up to 3 seconds for the engine to start when it has been stopped for 15 min. or more.  I have checked fuel pressure and possible leakage and found nothing suspiscious.  Nothing to declare after Volvo computer analysis.  Any clue?

Answer
did you check the regulator vacuum hose for fuel coming out of it yet? I am curious to see if this was the problem.I just diagnosed the same problem for a co worker.I have seen this many times.

7 in knowledge seems a little low.I know I am a 9 - 9.9  nobody is perfect.
