Do you replace the tailight lens from the outside or from the inside?

First, I'm sorry for the delay getting to your question.  I have been in orlando for the past few days for XC90 V8 training and have been unable to take emails.

You'll have to remove the interior body panels behind the taillights, and then you can get to the bolts that hold it in.  Once you have those unbolted you can very easily get the lens out, and then the bulbs.  Hope that helps.
