Answer
Well first all volvos aren't that bad.  The 1999 S80 was the first of that body style, and of that engine/tran, and the network style engine controller.  There were alot of problems with that year.  Every other model was much better.  Now there is no clutch so what part are you talking about?  The mostlikely problem though is the turbo return line seals.  If you are looking at the back of the motor up at the turbos there is a line coming down to the side of the block near the oil pan, they leak there alot.  That is almost the ONLY place they leak.  The P0141 is the heater circuit failure of the driver side O2 sensor closest to the rear of the car.  The P1132 code is Lack of H02S switching, indicating rich too much.  There is a malfunction in the circuit of one of the front o2 sensors.  That code doesn't specify a location.  It doesn't necessarily mean the sensor has failed either.  These are just generic codes though.  The volvo dealer has the manufacturer tool that reads the factory label and descriptions that could be more helpful.  Hope that helps.
