Volvo Repair: 760 2.3 TURBO, fuel pressure regulator, turbo sir

SIR,
 MY 87 760 TURBO WAGON DIED.  IT WOULD START THEN SPUTTER AND FINALLY DIED.  I CHECKED THE IN TANK FUEL PUMP AND SURE ENOUGH THE HOSE WAS CRACKED SO I REPLACED THE HOSE, FUEL PUMP AND SOCK.  WENT TO START IT AND IT ONLY SPINS.  I REPLACED THE FUEL FILTER AND HAVE FUEL PRESSURE THRU IT.  I HAVE SPARK BUT NO FUEL IN THE CYLINDERS.  DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

If you have fuel through the filter do you have pressure at the fuel rail? What about the fuel pressure regulator, can you verify that its working correctly?  If you've got pressure there and its flowing through the regulator its not fuel.  Hope that helps.
