Volvo Repair: SRS code 222 on 95 850 glt, passenger airbag, release button

on a 95 850 GLT wagon (non-turbo). SRS light is on and the code I get is 222. How can I reset this light and what can I do to fix the problem. I am fairly handy and therefore your guidance can help me save money.

it is for the passenger airbag.you would need to remove the glovebox and check the airbag connector is on properly.if it is it will need to be fault traced further and then I would have it looked at.you should be able to reset by checking all codes then holding the button for checking cpdes for 5 seconds then release button when LED lights hold for anoother 5 seconds.
