Volvo Repair: starting when cold, fuel pumps, blue spark

Question
Below 45-50 degrees my 91 740 B230f does not want to fire. Cranks and tries to fire but not wanting to start. If it does fire it will idle rough and in 15 seconds smooth out and will run fine for the day.
Idle motor and temp sensor replaced last year, when cold, that did nothing, the volvo mechanic charged me $300 for this experiment. I changed plugs, wires rotor cap and she started fine. 10,000 miles later same symptoms.
230k on a well maintained car. Original injectors, fuel pumps and recent fuel filter.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
When warm outside car starts OK.

Answer
I would check the spark at all the spark plugs and be sure it is a good white or blue spark and not weak which would look yellow or orange in color.check that no oil is leaking into the distributor.it could also be a carbon build up on the intake valves and in the intake.
