Mazda Repair: mazda mpv, mazda mpv, hourly rates

i have a 1996 mazda mpv van and the rpm temp gauge and rpm gauge and the check engine light  have stopped working ive checked the fuse but they all seem fine. I am singel mother and just bought this and now i cant return it or pass emissions is this fixable and if so will it be costly.

sorry i can't give price answers as all garages charge different hourly rates and with it being eletrical they change by the hour and not at a flat rate so cost will depend on how long it takes them to figure out the problem and then how long it takes to fix it and the cost of parts
