Volvo Repair: no spark, electrical problem, coils

i have a 90    740gl that has been stalling out.  it has finally stalled and wont start. i have no spark at the coil. how do i know if the coil is bad or if it is a different electrical problem.

how many coils have no spark?
For example, if one or two ones have no spark, I recommend you to swap them eachother, for example 1st has spark, 3rd has no spark, swap each of them, and you can understand coil is defective or there is another electrical problem.
However, if all of them have no spark, that means there is electrical problem...
