Volvo Repair: 2 codes and no power problem to sensor, spark plug wires, coolant temp

Orginal owner of 1990 240DL ,Check engine lite on ,2 codes 123 coolant temp sensor(no power)to blue wire with red tracer which is causing the 2nd code 232 lambda adjustment which also has no powerand seem to use a blue with red tracer // History New in last 50 miles Fuel filter ,coolant sensor is new ,plugs ,air filter ,and in the last 4000 miles new spark plug wires . THe car has 70 k miles and it takes several minutes of cranking to start ,but onece started it runs like new . the car is in show room condition and oil in all my cars is changed every 2/3 k miles. any help will be appreaciated thankyou jim

did you check the EGR valve? Is it blocked or not?
Also,oxygen sensors may hav problem, I recommend you to remove the oxygen sensors and to check the leads of them, they are black or not? Maybe we will need to replace them.
Also, I think there is no coolant leakage.
