Volvo Repair: engine pressure build-up, volvo 240 dl, flame trap

I have a 1990 volvo 240-DL.
Q- What makes the oil dipstick pop-up spewing oil over the engine?

Answer
the flame trap being clogged.the flame trap box is under the intake manifold.there is a plastic flame trap holder on top on this bocx attached to a hose.be sure this flame trap inside the holder is not clogged and that all hoses and vacuum nipple on the intake that the vacuum hose attaches to is not clogged.
