Volvo Repair: Idle surging, sway bar links, electronic throttle

Question
My 2001 s80 idle surges 100-300 rpms when the air conditioner is running. I just had the air conditioner recharged and checked for leaks.
When the AC is off the car idles properly.
It idled well for about one hour after the recharge and then the surging returned. No other major repairs except sway bar links that rattled.

Is this AC related or computer related?

it is not related with AC, but it seems as if it is related with AC, because as you know when AC is on, the AC compressor starts to work and it is an extra load for engine, because of this reason you feel the "faulty", birefly this faulty is regarding with engine, to solve it the Electronic Throttle Module should be cleaned, after cleaning you will not feel this behaviour.
