Volvo Repair: Volvo 1992 960 ignition, locksmith, graphite

The key will not turn!  I have tried to turn the wheel real hard and turn the key, sprayed some graphite in the key slot...no good. Do I need a locksmith or dealer?  Any help deeply appreciated.  The car is in my driveway on a slight incline, as it usually is, so there is some pressure on the transmission, however, I have released the shift and tried in neutral with no pressure..still nothing.

you could try a locksmith but I have not seen any that would touch this job.the dealer is probably the best option.the lock will need to be drilled out of the ignition and replaced with a new one which will take a few days to get because it will need to be keyed to fit the car.
