Volvo Repair: wont start, volvo 850, 1994 volvo 850

I just washed the motor w/a spray on cleaner. I immediately started it and everything was fine - later in day I was going to go out and it wouldn't start? Thinking it was due to moisture I've waited and tried over the last few days w/out any luck. What should I do?

1994 volvo 850 auto. I've owned it ~2days. Its was running great and it seems to have been very well maintained.

I also found a small hose off when I looked closer to day near the carb intake? I trimmed and tried to reattach but the blk rubber connector just split and wouldn' t hold.

more than likely it is due to water I would remove the top cover to access the plugs and dry out the area around the plugs.then try it .you may have fuel fouled the plugs and they may need to be changed now.I would get a new hose for it and replace it.
