Volvo Repair: blinker relay 1997 960, dual filament, marker light

I understand that the blinker relay is intergrater into the flasher relay. If so how do you test it and remove it. Blinkers do not work. the left blinker light on dash is on all the time but all other lights are off but are good- emergy flashers work properly.

the relay just pops out by prying it out with a small screwdriver. if the turn indicator is staying on in the instrument cluster then the problem is the left front turn signal bulb.the bulb is a dual filament for turn and marker light the contacts have mushroomed out and the parking light power is bleeding over to the turn signal side causing the light to stay on.
