Volvo Repair: belts, power steering pump, topside

My power steering went up. The belt from the flywheel to the A/C is missing and not the one from the A/C pulley up to the power steering pump. I can't for the life of me find any adjustments to make the belt tight. There's an adjustment on the power steering pump but not on the A/C compressor. Any advice would be appreciated.

well there is an adjustment to it. but by now the bolt has probably been broken off by someone who didnt know what the bolts were for or, didnt loosen the retaining bolts. there are 2 retaining nuts 13 mm on topside of compressor. they are attatched to a slotted adjusting arm. one is very difficult to get to.
