Volvo Repair: Cost estimate and other, engine oil pan, sway bar endlinks

Question
My 1996 850 turbo sedan (102,000 miles on it) needs the following:

RF Control arm assembly
Front sway bar endlinks
Lower motor mount
Turbo dump tube seals
ABS Computer- 2 rear wheel sensor codes

How much do you think each of these should cost and since I cannot put out all the $$ at once which should I have done first - safety and car wise - second, etc.

And what is a turbo dump tube seal?

withou seeing it I would think the control arm to be most important especially if it is due to a bad ball joint on the control arm being worn.second the oil seal,third motor mount ,fourth swaybar links,then the ABS control unit. as for cost on each of them I am not sure I do not remember the parts prices.

the turbo return pipe seal(what you call dump tube) is a rubber Oring on a tube that drains the oil from the turbo back into the engine oil pan.
