-----Question-----
I have an August 90 built car w/ bosch fogs on an aluminum bumper.  I picked up a oem air dam with wholes for fogs in it.  How does it mount and what kind of fogs are in it.
-----Answer-----
John,
The air dam should just screw into place.  If you remove yours you will see how to replace it.  I'm talking about the 4-5" black plastic piece that hangs down below the bumper.  It has screw holes that attach to brackets with screws.
I dont think the oem fog lights are still manufactured, but if you visit Hella Light's website they have one that is very similar.  Hella made all the headlights for BMW's, and they still make some fog lights that look identical to the ones that were in the cars originally.

 Good luck,
 Josh

Answer
John,
Sorry for the misunderstanding, but you "should" have some little tabs that stick down all along the bottom of the metal piece behind the bumper.  These do get broken off and rusted if you live in northern areas where they salt the roads during winter.  If you have no tabs to attach the valance with, you will most likely have to fabricate some.  Look at the plastic piece you just bought, locate all the holes and mark them on the metal on your car.  These are the locations that the tabs should be.  I've had to repair these brackets myself as well, so I know the feeling.
 Good luck,
 Josh
