Buick/Olds: fuel problems, fuel pump relay, buick lesabre

'94 Buick Lesabre
Car was out of gas and now we can't get the fuel to the injectors. Fuel pump replaced last summer. Tried priming but didn't work. Can hear the fuel pump coming on. Please respond ASAP.  Thanks

Locate the fuel pump relay in the engine compartment and taped to the electrical harness is a single female connector that is attached to NOTHING. This IS your fuel pump TEST TERMINAL.

If you insert a test light and turn ON the ignition switch the test light will illuminate for 2 seconds and quit.
