diagram to completely replace them all.  my error codes are as follows:; 26 28
38 52 1.8.8 i dont know if this will help any but your assistance will be very
much appreciated!

Answer
26 = shorted throttle switch on the idle speed control motor.

28 = open overdrive circuit.

38 = open manifold air temp sensor.

52 = battery was disconnected at some time in the past.

1.8.8 is NOT a code it is a procedure to go into another area of the computer.

First you need to CLEAR (erase) all these codes via:

1. go back and redisplay your codes again and when you see .7.0

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and HI buttons until you see .0.0 and release the buttons.

3. Turn OFF the car, wait 2 minutes and restart the car and see which codes return and how many times EACH CODE DISPLAYS and let me know.
