Cadillac: 95 Sedan D 4.9 intermittent stall, fuse blocks, auto parts store

Question
I have a '95 sedan deville with a 4.9 that intermittently stalls. Never at idle, only while in motion. Has stalled at 20 km or has high as 90 km and all speeds in between. I have shake tested all harness, inspected relay and fuse blocks, tap tested PCM and taken fuel pressure tests. The F/P is 37 psi at idle and cruise. It will go up to 43 under load. I have also checked the harness at the tank and all vents. I am suspect of the pump, but I have to get it right because the pump is over $500 bucks. Your thoughts please.

Answer
The ONLY way to diagnose a fuel pump problem is to attach an external fuel pump gage on the fuel system and tape it on the outside of the windshield for safety reasons and watch it to see if it starts to drop it's pressure as you are driving.

Try any auto parts store for a price on the fuel pump.
