Cadillac: 93 Caddy throttle stuck, aerosol spray, throttle plate

My cars throttle is sticky.  It sticks open but when i poke the pedal the RPM's drop some.  The rocking part on the end of the cable rests on some kind of plunger it looks like and I think thats the problem.  What's the name of that plunger part???

That THING is called an IDLE SPEED CONTROL MOTOR. Try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides and the inside of the throttle body with a suitable aerosol spray cleaner as a blackish residue builds up in the throttle body and can cause the throttle plate not to close all the way.
