the power seats are not working and would like to know where the fuse is located and which one it is to see if that is the problem before taking to mechanic

The power seats do NOT have a fuse, They hjave a circuit breaker. which is #23 and a 30 amp in the fuse panel. If the circuit breaker is OK you need to check the seat switch for battery voltage at the ORANGE with a BLACK stripe wire for battery voltage.
