Cadillac: Electric Windows in 1979 Fleetwood, blown fuses, stearing wheel

For some reason all of my windows in the car will no longer work. I have checked the fuse box to the left of the stearing wheel for any blown fuses. I did not find any. Is there something that I am missing? First it was the back ones that stopped a few weeks ago. Then the front ones stopped over night! Weird. My AC does not work so it is very hard to drive in 95 degree weather up here in Boise, ID with my windows up and no AC... :) Please help! I am melting!

Remove the drivers side window control panel and see if you have battery voltgae at the larger wires which should be RED. If you do not, The red wire that goes from the drivers panel and thru the rubber boot that you can see on the front side of the drivers door when you open it is most likely broken in half and will have to be repaired.
