ANSWER: Are you getting any CHECK ENGINE lights and or any messages on the display panel ?.
Is the AC compressor running when you have the engine running and have it set for maximum AC ?. Is the Accumulator (receiver/drier) Looks like an aluminum or black thermos bottle COLD to the touch ?.
Can you feel any amount of cold air from the vents ?.
Does the heater work and can you feel anykind of heat from the floor vents ?.

QUESTION: There are no check engine lights or displays messages.The Ac compressor does not kick in at all. There is no cold air or warm air at all. The fan does not kick in either.Once again, thank you.
AnswerCheck the computer for fault codes anyway via:
1. Ignition ON.
2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons for 3 seconds and then release them.
3. See if any LETTER/NUMBER combination codes appear with CURRENT or HISTORY stated on the display also.
4. The display will stop displaying codes.
5. turn ignition OFF.
Let me know what codes you find.
If NO codes are found:
1. Ignition ON.
2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons for 3 seconds and then release them.
3. You should see Pointer # -00 displayed.
4. Increase the pointer to -02 by pushing and releasing the WARMER (^) button until you see -02.
5. Press the OUTSIDE TEMP button and see if there are any HVAC codes displayed. If NO codes displayed continue to 6.
6. Using the WARMER (^) and COLDER (v) buttons go to -01 and push the OUTSIDE TEMP buttons and watch for codes.
7. continue using the (^) and (v) buttons to obtain -03 and push the OUTSIDE TEMP buttons and watch for codes.
8. continue using the (^) and (v) buttons to obtain -04
and push the OUTSIDE TEMP buttons and watch for codes.
Push and release the AUTO button to exit diagnostics and turn OFF the ignition key.
