Cadillac: 1994 cold air on drivers side, reference mark, glove box

Question
I was reading about the threaded rod behind the glove box, is this the same in the '94 as in the '91.

Answer
Make a reference mark on the threaded rod where it is snapped into the plastic clip and disconnect the rod. With the engine running and on full heat move the rod forward or backward by hand to see if you get the proper air from the drivers vents. If you do, replace the PROGRAMMER which is the big black box that has the clip for the rod on top of it.
