Cadillac: emergency brake release postion on 1990 cadillac eldorado, cadillac eldorado, vacuum problem

Where is the e brake release on the 1990 eldorado?

It is located directly in front of your left knee as you sit in the drivers seat. You may have to loosen the screws to remove the black plastic undercovering under the dash to see the little black release handle.
