Cadillac: TPS or ISC, throttle position sensor, cadillac sts

I have a 1993 Cadillac STS and my check engine light came on about 3 weeks ago and my idle went up to about 2000rpm when in park until I depressed the break. Also when I turn the key in an on position as well as the off postion my Idle Control motor was constantly trying to adjust. I was told it was the TPS so I replaced it and cleared the codes. Now my idle is high no matter if I depress the break or not it will not come down but I dont hear the ISC I drove it to try and relearn but it is still idling high. Answer
P022 = Open throttle position sensor.

S038 = Electronic level control exhaust valve short to ground/Open circuit.

CLEAR (erase the codes from the computers and see which codes come back.

To erase the "P" CODE:

Acquire your codes and just after the codes display you will see PCM?

Push and release the HI button and you will see PCM DATA?

Push and release the LO button continously until you see PCM CLEAR CODES?

Push and release the HIGH button.

Wait 3 seconds and turn OFF the ignition.

Wait 2 minutes and restart the car and recheck your system to see if the P022 code is gone and drive the vehicle to see if the idle speed comes down .
