Cadillac: diagnostic codes, number combinations, cadillac sedan deville

Hello Tom,

1992 Cadillac Sedan Deville

I just performed the dignostic test.
1. Ignition ON, Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons until the complete display illuminates and release the 2 buttons.

3. Write down any LETTER/NUMBER combinations that appear in the EXACT order in which they appear.

4. Turn OFF ignition.

Let me know what LETTER/NUMBER combinations you got.
  


Is this the proper diagnostic code test for the check engine light and these are the codes I found in order: E,E48,E55, EE, E48, .7.0

Can you please help me diagnose my problems from these codes.  Thanks Anthony Puleo   jayviolet@aol.com

EE48 is the problem which is an EGR circuit problem.
