Cadillac: 1988 will not start, water in the fuel, fuel rail

I bought a 1988 cimarron with 59000 miles on it that was not run for at least 2 yrs. I replaced the fuel and fuel filter. I had it running for about 30 minutes, but it stalled and now it will not restart. I checked the fuel pump and it is working. It has spark and fuel up to the fuel rail. I do not know where to look next. Any help would be appreciated.

Fuel injected or carburated ?.

Try spraying some starting fluid in the intake and see if it will try and run. If it IS fuel injected unplug the fuel injector electrical connector BEFORE you spray in the starting fluid.

You may have a ton of water in the fuel.
