Cadillac: Car has cut off Twice ...., air flow sensor, cadillac seville

Question
I have a 1992 Cadillac Seville with a 4.9 engine, the car has been running really well, lots of power no hesitation, transmission working fine..etc. Two weeks ago I went on a short road trip and when starting the car and coming out of a parking space the car just cut off.  It was really wierd... my car has never just cut off on me.  It took it a while to sart again, it was not overheated or anything, etc.  Just yesterday I sold my car to a friend, I had planned on selling for a while,  I have been driving the car even after it cut off, it never did it again until after my friend had the car for about two hours.  He called and said it stopped on him, with the same scenerio, it took a while for him to get it started again.  the car has been running fine, I replaced the fule pump a year ago, I have not had any indication that the injectors may be going bad the car runs smooth...... Any ideas, I know on the 4.6 NorthStar engines there is a MAS Air flow Sensor that can cause problems if it is bad, but from what I understand the 4.9 does not, I am sure it can be several things that may be wrong, but do you have any ideas?

Answer
We need to check the computer for fault CODES.

1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons until the whole display illuminates and then release the buttons.

3. Fault CODES will start to appear. Write them down EXACTLY as they are being displayed.

4. Shut off ignition.

If you do not get all the codes as they display just repeat this sequence and let me know what the codes are.
