hi listen im sorry to bother you again but what could be the problem with my trans then would it be the whole trans or is it something else that can make the trans not to make the car move in any gear please help

hi tom i have a 1996 cadillac sts and its a northstar motor and i have a problem with the trans it wont go on any gear i can put it in r d 1 2 3 and same thing it wont move i changed the fluid and the filters but nothing happens i checked the codes by pressing the 2 buttons to check them and i get code pcm 0603 code ip1552 and code pz 1558 whatever these mean i dont know i think the code pz1558 is something with the cruise control low or something can you please herlp me aw and there was no metal on the pan but there was some kind of plastic there white plastic and the fluid was really high before i changed it i dont know how or why well thats all i know so please help me thank you very much

I do not see any relation of the codes to your trans problem. The codes you got are only codes tellingg you that battery voltage was removed from the computers.

The codes being displayed are onlly telling you that the battery was disconnected at some time in the past. They have nothing to do with the trans.

You are checking the fluid level when the engine is warmed up and the engine is running, Yes ?.

The only way to find out is to perform a pressure test on the trans with a pressure gage to find out what the pressures are at.
