Cadillac: Power loss, pressure gage, fuel level

Question
My  1991 4.9l fuel injected Cadillac loses power on hard right hand turns?  Like its not getting enough fuel?

Answer
If this is happening when the fuel level is low can be caused by the rubber hose in the fuel tank that connects the fuel pump to the pickup tube.

You should install a fuel pump pressure gage and tape it to the outside of the windshield where you can see it and try and duplicate your problem and see if the pressure drops.
