Cadillac: 1989 Cadillac Sedan Dev., cadillac sedan deville, blower works

I have a 1989 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  The problem is:  The heater only blows cold air.  The water temp. is hot.  The blower works.  Have any idea what might be causing this problem?  Would appreciate any help you might be able to offer.  Thank you.

The most commonitem to fail is the PROGRAMMER loacted on the passengers side behind the glove box.

If you can e-mail me some pictures of this area behind the glove box I can identify your problem.
