i have an 1990 coupe devill cad recently i have noticed that someone has been cutting wires under my dash my question is on the right passenger side under the dash there is a 2nd fuse box now to the right of the fuse box is a rectangular shaped black box that looks like has what i assume square plugs ? inside i dont have my manual for it was taken also my question is what is that box for is it modules and could u please tell me exactly what it should consist of

Without actually seeing these wires and there EXACT location, There is no way for me to know what or where they go to.
Pictures would be a big help but this board does NOT allow sending pictures.

AnswerFirst, This is NOT my website, I am only a VOLUNTEER sharing my knowledge.
Second, I have seen thousands of vehicles dashes and various wiring components and components and can't possibly remember each and every setup in all these vehicles.
If I had some pictures to look at then I may be able to help you.
I'm sorry but my memory is not that good to remember all these dash components unless I can physically see them.
Taking afew pictures and e-mailing them is not that difficult as I get many many pictures sent to my personal e-mail address daily.
I don't know any other way to help you.
