Cadillac: Replaced headlight now wont start, cadillac catera, low beam

Question
I replaced the low beam bulb on my 99 cadillac catera.  To get to it I disconnected the battery cable.  Now I have headlights and even radio but the car will not start.  Could something need to be reset?  Can you help please?

To be perfectly HONEST, I have never run across this problem when just replacing the battery. Are you SURE that you attached all of the cables and possibly some smaller wires that were attached to the battery when you removed it ?.

I honestly can't tell you WHY it won't start other than the above possibility.
