Chevrolet: 95 Chevy Camaro 3.4L, chevy camaro, electric cooling fan

Question
I have a 95 Chevy Camaro 3.4L, the electric cooling fan does not come on automatically unless the a/c is on how can I fix this.

  Hea- first off on most of the 90 and up cars the fan will not run all the time, it only runs when it is needed, if you are running hot and overheating than something is wrong, but if you are NOT running hot-you are fine. but if you are running hot the first and best thing to do is have the rad. system checked with a pressure tester it will let you know if you have a leak..
