Chevrolet: 1996 camaro 3.8 security light flashing wont start, alligator clips, screw driver

Question
QUESTION: I have a 96 camaro 3.8L v6 the security light in the dashboard is flashing and the vehicle wont start, at first I thought it was the resistor pellet in the key so I got 2 new keys cut for the car, didnt work, so then I replaced the ignition lock cylinder and harness which in turn had to have 2 new keys cut for the vehicle.  this worked for about 3 weeks then the security light would come on while i was driving and it continued to start there after, intermitantly not starting for a 24 hour period or so.  I think it has finally given up on me and I cant figure it out.  I have swapped the anti theft relay and no workie.  I have ohm tested the ign lock cyl with the key in and in the start position, shows 7.51 ohms which is the resistance of the pellet in the key.  I have ohm tested the wires in the harness from the ign lock cyl to the BCM and everything has continuity. im thinking my next step is to replace the BCM due to an internal short??    I have exhausted my resources.  I have access to Alldata at my work and have been working on cars professionally for 7 years and have never run into a problem like this, any advice
Thanks
Dennis

is there a push button in the trunk? or under the hood?there could be one ,
you can if you take a wire with alligator clips on it ,put one on the POs+ coil post and the other end to the POs+ on the battery, now with a screw driver tap the starter over it should by pass and start up
