Chevrolet: Headlamps, fuse size, headlamp switch

Question
When turn on the headlamps, after 5 minutes or so the fuse will blow for the interior lighting. I changed the headlamp switch.
I have a 1999 Chev suburban 5.7.

Hi - I wonder if it is the right switch / or if it is a bad one. I would check the bulb to see it is the right one , the book that came with the car will tell you, also is the fuse the right size for the light ? thats in the booklet also. and look at the wires to see if any one is touching ground or if one is cut and hitting any ground. but first check the fuse size. ..    I only  have data on older years as I do the 55 thru 70s cars.  ok.
