Chevrolet: FANS NOT WORKING 03 IMPALA, newer cars, temp sensor

WHAT CAN I CHECK NOW, REPAIRED FANS,THERMOSTAT,AND TEMP SENSOR, FANS WON'T COME ON? BUT WHEN I REMOVE WIRE FROM TEMP SENSOR FANS COME ON. REPLACED SENSOR 3 TIME FROM DIFFERENT PLACES..A/C WON'T WORK ALSO..REPLACE RELAYS CHECKED FUSES...NOW I'M TOLD TO REPLACE THE PCM..IT'S THE PCM THE SAME AS THE ECU..AND SO WERE IT IT IN MY CAR..

 Hi  as far as the fans  they do not come on as soon as you hook it up- the sensor will turn them on when it gets to the temp. that it is set at. so the fan is not on at all times, only when it is needed.
As far as the a/c Im not shure on the newer cars as I only do the older ones as stated, but you should find what you need in here with one of the other guys  ok.
