Chevrolet: No electrical components work, batterry, starter motor

Question
I own a 1993 cavalier which recently completely died  mid-ride. Since then, no electrical system has cooperated. No lights, guages, radios, etc can be turned on, and additionally the car won't start. I've checked the limited assortment of fuses under the dash and they all check out. I've looked at a couple of relays but thus far that's come up fruitless as well.
I had the batterry replaced about 3 weeks ago so I'm doubting there is an issue with that. I've also tried boosting to no avail.
Any ideas?

HI- I would check the fuseable link - and check the battery voltage , and the starter motor , if the battery or fuseable link  is bad you will get nothing. so check all that out. start from the posative wire on the battery and follow it out .
