Chevrolet: 1973 Chevy Van windows, window regulators, chevy van

Hi.  I pulled the front windows out of my 73 chevy G10 van to paint the van and install new weatherstripping... now it is damn near impossible to roll the windows up and down.  What I seem to need is information on how to adjust the window regulators... maybe a website with pictures or something... this seems like it should be simple, but has me and some friends stymied.  Good thing the rest of the project is going well.

   As far as the windows other than what  I  sent in the other reply ,  I could not find anything but I would say that it is more in the body shop field , the library might have something on it. Also the glass must be in all tracks the right way and I wonder if you put a drop of silicone on each runner and see if that would help you .
