Chevrolet: 2002 chevy cavilier wont start maybe fuel, chevy cavilier, cold area

Question
I can crank the engine but it will not turn over.i have sprayed some fuel into the air filter and it starts momentaryly but goes off again.  which then i assumed there was no fuel going through the line.  Is there anything that might be wrong before i take it dealer.  It is a base model. thanks

      WELL   THATS  THE BAD THING WITH THE NEW CARS , THERE IS NOT MUCH THAT YOU CAN DO W/O A COMPUTOR AS IT COULD BE A SIMPLE THING THAT IS WRONG BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL , IT MIGHT BE THE MAP SENSOR OR THE FUEL PUMP OR A CLOGED FUEL LINE OR FROZEN LINE IF YOU ARE IN A COLD AREA. SO THERE IS NOT MUCH THAT YOU CAN DO W/ O THE COMPUTOR.    . OK
